Melvin Gregg

Melvin Gregg is a producer, actor and social influencer who came to prominence with the social platform Vine. est known for curating comedic content around pop culture, Gregg amassed a following over 7 million in just three years. Following Vine's decline in 2015, Gregg transitioned from the digital world into film and TV and most recently captured the hearts of audiences in Netflix's critically acclaimed series "American Vandal."

Born and raised in Portsmouth, Virginia, Gregg always knew entertainment was a part of his future. After graduating from Old Dominion in 2012 with a Marketing degree, Gregg quickly moved to Los Angeles to pursue entertainment and enrolled in courses to perfect his craft. While taking courses the young star began to grow an audience by collaborating with several rising digital influencers. His massive online presence can be attributed to the creation of hilarious and thought-provoking material that pushed boundaries and critical thinking.

Highlighted on TV Guide's Freshmen 15 list, and breakout star of "American Vandal," Gregg starred as basketball hero DeMarcus Tillman in "Mr. Untouchable" because of his impeccable skills and value to the sports-obsessed institution. Television roles also includes Hulu's "Freakish," and Lifetime's "Unreal."

Film credits include “The Land,” which shares the journey of four teenage friends that break the law to become leaders in the neighborhood. The film premiered at Sundance in 2015 and was acquired by IFC for distribution in 2016.
