Merci Grace is the founder of Women in Product, a community on the platform Slack that connects women in product management and product-adjacent roles with mentors, jobs, advisors, investors, and friends.
Previously Merci Grace lead the Growth team at Slack, driving daily active users for the platform from 500k to 5M in a little less than two years. Prior to joining Slack, she was the Director of Product Management at Gigwalk, a mobile workforce platform. Grace also worked as a Product manager at Couchsurfing,the hospitality and social networking site, and a Product and Game Designer at Electronic Arts.
In 2007, Merci founded GameLayers, a venture-backed social game company. Her first game, The Nethernet neé the Passively Multiplayer Online Game, was a finalist for Game of the Year.
