Michael has more than 33 years of international business experience as a lawyer, investment banker, and advisor working with C-suite executives and people in charge of highly impactful decisions. As a partner with Ernst & Young, Michael served in several leadership roles, including Chairman of the Capital Markets Think Tank. He left to join UBS, where he was co-head of the Global Structured Products Group. He returned to Ernst & Young and later joined Deutsche Bank as Managing Director. Michael also served as Special Counsel to the law firm of Miller & Chevalier.
