Michael B. Jordan

Michael B. Jordan is an award-winning actor, director, producer, and social activist.

Joradan made his directorial debut with "Creed III" in 2023, a film in which he also starred and served as a producer. His role as Erik Killmonger in "Black Panther" earned him critical acclaim, and he revisited this character in "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" and the animated series "What If...?". Jordan's versatility extends to his roles in "Just Mercy" where he played attorney Bryan Stevenson, and "Without Remorse" in which he stars as John Clark. His production company, Outlier Society, has signed a first-look deal with Amazon and is currently developing "Val-Zod," an HBO Max series.

Jordan starred in and produced the HBO film "Fahrenheit 451," earning a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Television Movie. He also lent his voice to the animated series "Gen:Lock," which he co-produces through his production company. His upcoming projects include "Wrong Answer," a film about the Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal, and a remake of "The Thomas Crown Affair." Jordan is set to produce and star in the sequel to "I Am Legend" alongside Will Smith. In addition to his work in film and television, he became part-owner of AFC Bournemouth, an English Premier League football club, in December 2022.

He was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2020 and 2023. Jordan ranked 15th on The New York Times list of the 25 greatest actors of the 21st century. He has won various awards including the MTV Movie & TV Award for Best Villain in 2018 for his role in "Black Panther", the NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture for "Just Mercy" in 2020, and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture in 2019. His directorial debut "Creed III" garnered him accolades such as Best Performance in a Movie at the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards and Outstanding Director and Lead Performance at the 2024 Black Reel Awards.
