has been a speaker, Sales Trainer and Success Coach for 26 years. His program, “Leadership, Creating New Possibilities” helps companies reinvent themselves and create new levels of growth. He has recorded 22 audio learning programs. His audio program on positive attitude played on American Airline flights around the world.

He created and teaches a six-session program on Success and Life Skills for recovering alcoholics at the Salvation Army-Harbor Light in Michigan. He has delivered over 1000 speeches on Peak Performance and Positive Focus. In addition, Michael has conducted 8 programs for Daimler Chrysler. Recent clients include IBM, State Farm Insurance, 3M Corporation, Siemens/Rapistan, Bosch Corporation, Nestle Corporation, and Metropolitan Title.

His customized sales training has enabled several companies to grow their business in the midst of the challenging Michigan economy. He consults with executives to help them create a new dimension of productivity. His classic sales program, “Creating Customers for Life,” which includes a training workbook, is available on DVD.
