Michel Telo Biography
Michel Telo is a Brazilian sertanejo singer-songwriter and actor best known for his international hit “Ai Se Eu Te Pego.” He was also part of various bands, including Grupo Tradição, before his solo career took off in 2008.
Telo gained international fame around his song “Ai Se Eu Te Pego,” which became a number one hit in over 15 countries. It has also been a popular song for many soccer players to dance to during goal celebrations. Telo went on tour in the US to promote the English version of the song, “Oh, If I Catch You!”
Telo has been nominated for several awards at the Billboard Latin Music Awards, Latin Grammy Awards, Premio Multishow de Música Brasileira, and Melhores do Movimento Country. He won the award for “Best Tormentone” at the 2012 TRL Awards.
