Michelle McKenna

Michelle McKenna is the Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for the NFL. She is responsible for the league's technology strategy, shared service delivery, and the management of the league’s technology activities. In her role, McKenna oversees the NFL's technological advancements and strategic initiatives. She joined the NFL in 2012, and her leadership continues to play a pivotal role in the league's technological evolution. She is also the executive sponsor of the league's WIN – Women’s Network and was honored with a Game Changer Award by Sports Business Journal.

Before her tenure with the NFL, McKenna was the Chief Information Officer at Constellation Energy in Baltimore, Maryland, where she led significant corporate undertakings, including the acquisition of competitive energy businesses and the merger with Exelon. During this period, she served as a board advisor and worked closely with the Chairman and CEO. Her career also includes a position as President of Vision Interactive Media Group, where she managed marketing, technology, business development, operations, and finance.

McKenna has a robust background in the media and entertainment industry, notably as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Universal Orlando Resort. There, she spearheaded the launch of "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter," marking a significant achievement in theme park technology and entertainment. Her experience extends to her time as Senior Vice President, CRM & Chief Information Officer at Centex Destination Properties and a 13-year stint with The Walt Disney World Company in various executive roles, including a pivotal leadership role in the strategic initiative, Destination Disney. McKenna holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. She is a certified public accountant.

Recognized as an expert and a thought leader, McKenna has appeared on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, "Morning Joe," and "Good Day New York." She is a sought-after speaker, particularly on subjects of technology, operational change, and women in leadership. She resides in New York City and Orlando, Florida, with her husband Patrick Doyle and her children Jack and Maggie McKenna.
