Michelle Weise

Michelle Weise is an accomplished scholar, entrepreneur, and author recognized for her expertise in the future of work and education. She has extensive experience in higher education, workforce development, and innovation. Michelle has worked at the intersection of education and the labor market, focusing on how to better align learning pathways with career opportunities, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing economy. She leads Rise & Design, a consulting firm.
