Mike Hwang oversees the Recruitment/Talent Acquisition function for the Premier Urology Practice in the country. United Urology Group serves patients in 46 physician office locations and 20 ambulatory surgery centers in 4 states with over 1,200 staff members, including 120+ physicians.
Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, his responsibilities include developing and implementing national proactive recruitment strategies throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle from the identification of candidates through the on-boarding process. It also includes recruitment for positions range from Office Support Staff, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Sonographers, Medical Billers, and all Corporate level positions. Management to executive level recruitment experience in the following disciplines: Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Creative, Human Resources, Operations and Information Technology.
