As a professional motivational speaker, Mimi Donaldson has captivated audiences across the globe with keynote speeches, compelling workshops, and in-house training programs. Donaldson has spoken at company events for 32 of the Fortune 500, eighteen of which are listed in the Fortune 100. She holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Design from Columbia University and was a staff Human Resources Specialist with Walt Disney Company, Northrop Aircraft and Rockwell International.

Donaldson is also the co-author of "Negotiating for Dummies," an international bestseller that has been translated into six languages and has sold over a million copies. Her second book was "Bless Your Stress: It Means You’re Still Alive!" Donaldson’s third book is about success and football: "Necessary Roughness: New Rules for the Contact Sport of Life." Donaldson uses football as a metaphor for shaking off the bad plays, or roadblocks of challenging times, and leading with perseverance and courage.
