With the digital revolution transforming medicine, she began working as an independent advisor and strategy consultant in 2012, extending her expertise to over 50 companies in the digital health, consumer health, and biotechnology industries. Her concierge medical practice, started in the same year, serves high-achieving entrepreneurs, investors, technology executives in Silicon Valley, and even Academy Award winners in Los Angeles, emphasizing health optimization and personalized medicine.

Dr. Maloof's approach in her practice integrates comprehensive testing of clinical chemistry, metabolomics, microbiome, biometrics, and genomic markers. She advocates the use of food over pharmacology to enhance health, a principle that also informs her work with Silicon Valley executives through her wellness services.
