Monisha Edwards

Monisha Edwards is a Creative Strategist, specializing in Branding, User Interface, and User Experience. She received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Fresno State University. Monisha started her first company while in college at the tender age of 19 to help her pay for tuition. Monisha was accepted into an exclusive entrepreneurship program at Fresno State University, where she received mentorship, an office space, and other resources to help her grow her first business. She then ventured off into Corporate America as a Marketing Manager for an engineering firm, and is now the Founder of Truth Branding Agency. She is also the Founder of Literacy Fresno, a literacy and literature exchange initiative. Monisha is an active servant of the community, especially Downtown Fresno, and is currently enrolled in Leadership Fresno, a program for community leaders to learn more about their city to improve their surroundings.

Monisha entered the world of technology out of a need when she quickly discovered that it was her passion. She is a self-taught graphic, web, and app designer, as well as a self-taught front-end developer. Monisha has spoken at Google’s Women Techmakers International Womens Day Conference, has been a featured speaker for Google’s Start Up Grind, and has been featured in several publications including the Business Journal.
