With more than 25 years of senior technology executive experience, Soto has served across diverse industries including hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, transportation, insurance, and energy.
She is an accomplished public and private board director, currently serving on the boards of TriNet, CMS Energy, Spirit Airlines, Popular Inc., Delinea, and Vectra. Soto brings deep expertise in technology risk and security, business and technology integration, IT strategy and governance, vendor management, organizational change, and M&A. Her previous executive roles include Chief Strategy and Trust Officer and Global Chief Information Security Officer.
