Natalia Allen

New York City designer Natalia Allen uses robots to create seamless, high quality dresses for professional women and is revolutionizing the manufacturing process to create zero waste along the way.

She is founder of a boutique consultancy formed upon receiving Designer of the Year from Parsons and has authored business models and retained global clientele including DuPont, P&G and Calvin Klein. She researches and experiments with novel technologies to launch new beautiful sustainable products. She partners with business leadership at brands to develop project scopes, budgets and schedules. Allen also recruits and directs a team of specialists to commercialize pioneering fashion and retail concepts. She has earned awards from the World Economic Forum and Fast Company for industry achievements.

After graduating from Parsons School of Design as designer of the year, Natalia founded Design Futurist, a design consulting firm that created innovative products for global brands like Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Dupont and P&G, before launching her own fashion-forward company, Natalia Allen.

She has also received recognition by Fast Company as one of the 100 Most Creative professionals and by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. She also lectures worldwide on sustainable design.
