Nate Bargatze

Nate Bargatze is a comedian who launched his career as a stand-up in 2002. Throughout his career, he has appeared on renowned shows such as "Conan" and "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon." He was also a part of Fallon's Clean Cut Comedy Tour in 2013, the same year he won at the New York and Boston Comedy Festival. His debut stand-up album, "Yelled at by a Clown," secured a spot on the Billboard Top Ten Comedy Charts, reaching No. 2 in 2014.

Bargatze released his second album, "Full Time Magic," in 2015, coinciding with his Comedy Central special. His comedic prowess led to collaborations with Netflix, which released his half-hour special as part of "The Standups" in 2017 and an hour-long special, "The Tennessee Kid," in 2019. His most recent stand-up special, "The Greatest Average American," was released by Netflix in March 2021 and earned a nomination for the 2022 Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. His special "Hello World" was also released on Amazon Prime Video in January 2023.

In addition to his stand-up career, Bargatze hosted a podcast called "The Nateland Podcast," starting in July 2020. He made a significant impact in the comedy scene by breaking the attendance record at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena with 19,365 attendees on April 15, 2023. Bargatze is a two-time SNL host, and in 2024, he shared the stage with comedy luminaries such as Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, and Sebastian Maniscalco at the Netflix is a Joke Festival hosted at the Hollywood Bowl.
