Nate Lanxon

Nate Lanxon is a journalist, presenter, and public speaker, currently serving as the technology editor at Bloomberg News in London.

He co-hosts the Bloomberg Originals TV talk show "AI IRL" with Jackie Davalos and also writes and hosts the Bloomberg QuickTake show "Technically Speaking."

With over 15 years of experience in covering the technology industry, Nate has written for and spoken on platforms such as WIRED magazine, CNET, Ars Technica, BBC television and radio, ITV’s "This Morning," Bloomberg, Channel 4, and Sky News. His previous roles include Head of Digital Editorial for Bloomberg.com in EMEA, Editor of WIRED’s UK website, Editor-in-Chief of Ars Technica UK, and Senior Editor at CNET.com.

As a consumer technology and business journalist, Nate covers the industry, its companies, and the products and people driving it forward. He is the founder, producer, and host of the Webby Award-nominated "Tech’s Message" podcast, which followed his work in launching and hosting WIRED’s long-running UK podcast.

Nate has been twice shortlisted for awards from the British Society of Magazine Editors.

He is passionate about animal welfare and works closely with Cats Protection in a volunteer capacity. Additionally, he is a mental health first aider at Bloomberg, trained by MHFA England.
