Neel Doshi Biography
Neel Doshi is the co-founder of Vega Factor, a startup dedicated to transforming company cultures through process design, training, and technology. He is also the co-author of the New York Times bestselling book "Primed to Perform: How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures Through the Science of Total Motivation." This book, co-authored with Lindsay McGregor, presents a quantifiable approach linking culture with performance, offering methodologies implemented by leading organizations to foster high-performing cultures.
Previously, Doshi was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and served as a CTO and founding member of an award-winning tech startup. He has also worked at several major institutions. Doshi holds an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Wharton.
