Neelu Kaur is an acclaimed self-advocacy champion, author, and keynote speaker, renowned for her expertise in leadership development, stress management, and burnout prevention. Born in India and raised in America, Kaur's unique experience has deeply informed her approach to empowering professionals in the workplace.

Over her 15-year career specializing in Adult Learning and Leadership Development, Kaur has worked with top-tier organizations across various sectors, including Google, IPG, Sony Music Group, E&Y, Deloitte and RBC. Her work focuses on enhancing productivity, peace, and purpose for individuals and teams, contributing to both organizational profitability and personal success.

Kaur's book "Be Your Own Cheerleader", keynote programs, and workshops address the challenges faced by professionals—particularly those from multicultural backgrounds, but also introverts, women, and disabled and neurodivergent people—in self-advocacy and self-promotion.
