Nicholas Pinchuk

Mr. Nicholas T. Pinchuk, Nick, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Snap-on Inc., at Snap-on Business Solutions, Inc. since December 2007 and its President since April 2007. Mr. Pinchuk served as the President of Worldwide Commercial and Industrial Group - business segement of Snap-on Inc., from June 2002 to April 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President since June 2002. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Snap-on Inc. from April 2007 to December 2007. He served as Senior Vice President and President of Worldwide Commercial and Industrial Group of business segment of Snap-on Inc. from June 2002 to April 2007. Mr. Pinchuk joined Snap-On in 2002. He served as the President of Global Refrigeration Operations for Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation from July 1997 to June 2001. Mr. Pinchuk served in various executive, operational, planning and financial capacities within Carrier and United Technologies, including: President of Asia-Pacific Air Conditioning Operations; Vice President of Strategic Planning and Chief Financial Officer of Carrier International Corporation. He served in financial and engineering managerial staff positions at the Ford Motor Company from 1972 to 1983. Mr. Pinchuk served the rank of First Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1970 to 1971. He has been the Chairman of Snap-on Inc. since April 23, 2009 and its Director since April 2007. He has been a Director of Columbus McKinnon Corp. a holding company of Crane Equipment & Service, Inc. since January 31, 2007. He served as a Director of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Mr. Pinchuk holds Masters and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
