Nicky Jam

Nicky Jam is a Grammy Award-winning Latin trap and reggaeton singer-songwriter, actor and entrepreneur. Jam has produced several chart-topping hits such as "X", "Travesuras", "El Perdón", "Hasta el Amanecer", and "El Amante". His music style, which encompasses Latin trap and reggaeton, has evolved over the years from traditional fast-paced reggaeton to incorporate more melodic, sung vocals and romantic lyrics. The artist has also collaborated with other renowned artists like Daddy Yankee, J Balvin, and Ozuna. His albums "Íntimo" and "Fénix" were met with both commercial success and critical acclaim, with "Fénix" debuting at the top of the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart.

Jam talks openly about his struggles with addiction, and blames his rise to fame and the money and attention accompanying it, to a relapse into drugs and alcohol. He is currently clean and sober.

Jam opened a Latin bakery in Miami named La Industria Bakery, which has stunning stacks of pancakes.

Jam has acted in such movies as "XXX: Return of Xander Cage" and "Bad Boys for Life." He acted and produced the Netflix biographical series "Nicky Jam: El Ganador." He has been awarded a Latin Grammy for Best Urban Performance, and a Billboard Music Award for Top Latin Song.

Jam has utilized his platform to engage with various audiences, as evidenced by his performance of the official 2018 FIFA World Cup anthem "Live It Up" alongside Will Smith, Diplo, and Era Istrefi.
