She has also spent time working in the private, nonprofit and academic sectors providing her expertise to various organizations. Ms. Watson is also an educator and is the Journalist in Residence at North Carolina A&T State University.
As an award-winning journalist, Watson has produced and managed projects and events for news, community engagement, public affairs, business, travel, children's programming, entertainment, and sports. Her career has been spent working with most major sports leagues including NHL, NBA, NFL, MBL, WNBA along with Olympic sports.
