Norris Frederick is a professional athlete, motivational speaker, and co-founder and videographer at Frederick Films. Upon graduating from the University of Washington in 2008, Frederick turned professional in the sport of Track & Field. Since then, he has become a three-time Indoor Bronze medalist for Team USA. Despite the notable adversity he faced in his professional career, Frederick's unyielding work ethic enabled him to rise to the top and consistently rank among the world's best athletes. This same determination and resilience led him to represent Team USA not only in the 2012 Olympic Games but also in 2016.
In recent years, Frederick has expanded his focus beyond athletics, cultivating interests in entrepreneurship, public speaking, and, notably, videography. His continued commitment to uplifting others has led him to partner with various brands to promote positivity.
