Paddy Spruce

Paddy Spruce is a Professional Speaker and MC. He is a founding member of the National Speakers Association in Victoria and one of only twelve speakers who have been awarded the CSP, the highest level of accreditation granted by the NSA and the only recognized international accreditation.

He has worked closely with public and private sector organizations to design, conduct and MC conferences for over twenty five years. He has been the Program Director for two NSA conferences and attends international conferences to hone his skills. He has worked in Europe, the United States, South East Asia and throughout Australia.

Paddy Spruce is a much sought-after professional speaker with an impressive track record. In 2001, he was awarded the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speaker's Association of Australia and the USA. This is the highest level of accreditation granted by this international association. In 2001, he was awarded 'Speaker of the Year' by the Victorian Chapter.

Paddy is a recognized specialist in 'The Art of Influence and Inspiration'. He recently coached a CEO to prepare for a presentation with $10 million at stake. He assists people at all levels to improve their 'influencing' skills, the way they deal with customers, staff, stakeholders and each other.
