Pam Iorio

Pam Iorio, former two-term Mayor of Tampa, Florida, managed the city as the 54th largest in the United States, leaving office with an 87 percent approval rating. During her tenure, Iorio successfully navigated challenging financial times while the crime rate in Tampa declined by 61.5 percent and financial reserves tripled, even during a recession.

Now, Iorio offers her expertise by helping organizations build strong and effective leaders. As a keynote speaker, workshop, and meeting facilitator, her approach to leadership inspires and motivates, providing actionable methods and ideas that professionals at all levels can use to lead with integrity and achieve optimal results. She has authored "Straightforward, Ways to Live and Lead," which was named by Florida Trend Magazine as "the best business book of 2011."

In addition to her speaking engagements, Iorio is the Leader-in-Residence at the John H. Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa, where she guest lectures on leadership. Her career also includes serving as a director and chairperson on various boards across government, economic development, transportation, education, and community sectors.
