Pamela Uba is a medical scientist and Miss Ireland 2021, who made history on becoming the first black woman to win the coveted title. After winning best dressed lady at the Galway races 2019, Uba has since developed her passion for fashion and has modelled for various Irish designers including Aoife Ireland.
Singing is another one of her attributes as she recently appeared on the six o'clock show and has paired her love for music with her children’s advocacy by creating a music video as part of her talent entry at Miss World. As a children’s advocate, Uba has helped raise funds for children in disadvantaged backgrounds and is currently authoring her first children's book.
