He has conducted financial and economic analysis for a variety of private and public sector clients, delivered presentations to C-Suite members, elected officials, and the general public, and has been the Product Manager for the development and implementation of a Software as a Solution. He is now a major opinion leader for Stantec’s Market Economic Insights and Solutions team. He double majored in finance and economics at the University of Tampa and went on to earn a master’s degree in economics from the University of South Florida.

Luce has been featured on Money Life with Chuck Jaffe, published in periodicals and research journals, served as a panel member and moderator for key events with the Institute of Strategic Policy Solutions, and been a keynote speaker at numerous events focused on macroeconomic outlooks.
