An individual who walks his talk, Paul delights in sharing the best of what he’s learned during almost four decades in the cosmetology industry. Through his unstoppable energy and unmatched passion, Paul has touched the lives of thousands of cosmetologists across the United States. Due to his 25 years of experience behind the chair and his entrepreneurial background, he has gained first-hand knowledge of the importance of team building, personal development, leadership skills, and maintaining health and wellness. Paul takes great pride in helping individuals to accomplish their goals and reach their dreams.

In December of 2017, Paul launched his first ever product line, PAUL JOSEPH PROFESSIONAL, with a 20-year plan to be sold in the top salons in America. A product line that was truly born in the salon, Paul’s mission is to not only develop world-class hair care products, but also to help every stylist and salon owner to eliminate their frustrations and pain by refining their own personal and professional development skills.
