Paul's business improv workshops and Keynote teach team building and leadership development to folks. His program helps strengthen quick-thinking skills, enhance active listening, improve adaptability during unforeseen circumstances, and most importantly, use a sense of humor to encourage people to be creative, take risks, and nurture business relationships. Paul's workshops teach all of these skills by showing the science behind right brain thinking.
After spending several years doing research to see if there was a purposeful relationship between his improvisation philosophy and the business world, Paul began to teach the benefits of improvisation and right-brain thinking to corporations. At first, 4 companies took a chance on this unique program. By 2018, Paul was giving more than 90 speeches across the country annually to companies such as Amazon, Visa, Duke University, Wells Fargo, and Ingersoll Rand. To date, he has spoken to more than 62,000 business professionals and more than 40,000 students. In fact, some organizations have hired him 50 to 80 times.
In 2019, Paul gave his first TEDx talk on this business improv relationship.
