Paul Teutul Jr.

Paul Teutul Jr., eldest of four children, was born with a curiosity about how things work. Even at an early age, his parents noticed his love for assembling and disassembling objects.

As a teenager, he started working part-time at his father's steel business where he began with basic tasks such as sweeping and painting and quickly advanced to welding and grinding. He eventually took charge of the railing department.

Although he knew he was mechanically inclined, it wasn't until the age of 25 that he recognized the depth of his creativity. In 1999, he designed the widely recognized logo for Orange County Choppers, a custom motorcycle business he co-founded in upstate New York. His talent and eye for design led him to create iconic theme choppers such as the Black Widow Bike, the Fire Bike, and the Jet Bike. His collaborative work with major companies like Intel, NASA, and Gillette further showcased his design prowess.

After spending ten years in the steel business and another decade building custom motorcycles, Teutul founded Paul Jr. Designs. This new venture aims to engage in every step of the design process, from creating innovative new products to enhancing existing product lines. Teutul's vision is to leverage his experience in creative design to deliver superior and more cost-effective products.

Paul Jr. Designs quickly gained prominence, securing a significant collaboration with The Coleman Company. The firm was tasked with redesigning the 10-year anniversary model of Coleman's Roadtrip Grill, and following its successful redesign, Teutul was invited to innovate other product lines for Coleman. This partnership highlights his continued influence in product design beyond motorcycles.

Teutul has expressed his passion for building theme bikes and sees Paul Jr. Designs as an opportunity to elevate his creativity to new heights. He envisions a future where he can merge his passions for both product and motorcycle design, maintaining a balance that nurtures his innovative spirit.
