Percell Dugger is a Harlem based writer, certified strength coach, USATF coach and NIKE running coach. His understanding of wellness culture is informed by his passion for black history, art, literature, music and storytelling. Dugger’s practice as a coach and writer have continued throughout the chapters of his life. As a former college strength and conditioning coach, a writer for ESPN’s AND scape (Formerly The Undefeated) and Huffington Post, and more recently as the founder of Fit For Us — a wellness focused creative agency that aims to create equitable health and wealth outcomes for the historically underserved, by narrating at the intersection of wellness and culture.
Put plainly, wellness culture is Dugger’s lifeblood and life’s work.
