Pete Flint Biography
As co-founder and CEO, Pete leads the Trulia troops. He has a strong background in tech and online consumer services and was part of the original launch team for lastminute.com, Europe's largest online travel company. As head of interactive marketing and business development, he helped grow the company to more than 2,000 employees in 12 countries and $1 billion in annual transactions, resulting in the company's acquisition in 2005 by Travelocity.
Pete created Trulia with co-founder Sami Inkinen. The inspiration came when he faced his own challenges researching homes online. A resulting commitment was made to build intuitive tools to help fellow home buyers locate and make sense of the vast amount of real estate info on the web. Combine that with a business model that made sense for brokers and agents, and Trulia was born.
Pete holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and an M.B A. from Stanford University.
