Peter Bazalgette

Peter Bazalgette is the Chief Creative Officer and a Management Board member of the recently IPO'd Endemol Group. He has personally devised several internationally successful television formats such as 'Ready Steady Cook' and 'Changing Rooms.' Additionally, he played a pivotal role in introducing 'Big Brother' to the UK. His deep involvement in the evolution of reality TV formats marks him as a key influencer in the media industry. His book about the international business of TV formats, "Billion Dollar Game," was published in 2005.
