Peter Vidmar

In his earlier years, Peter Vidmar enjoyed a successful competitive career in gymnastics, winning numerous NCAA, national, and international titles, culminating in his winning two gold and one silver medal at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. Vidmar then embarked on a career spanning over 30 years as a corporate speaker. The author of the book, "Risk, Originality, and Virtuosity: The Keys to a Perfect 10", he has lectured on peak performance to hundreds of the world's top corporations and associations. He has also worked as a journalist and broadcaster at multiple Olympic Games.

Vidmar has been an influential figure in the gymnastics community, serving as Chairman of the Board of USA Gymnastics and being inducted into the US Olympic Hall of Fame twice—once as an individual and once as a member of the 1984 USA men's gymnastics team. His contributions extend beyond gymnastics as he served as the Vice Chair of the California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports and Vice President of the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games.

Vidmar is a member of the Utah chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He served in various capacities in the United States Olympic Committee, USA Gymnastics, and the International Gymnastics Federation. From 2016 to 2019, Vidmar served as president of the Australia Melbourne Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, leading and mentoring 475 young men and women from 46 different countries. His presentations, known for integrating humor and motivational stories with practical insights, often include live demonstrations on the pommel horse, illustrating the principles of Risk, Originality, and Virtuosity (ROV), which he applies to both life and business challenges.
