Rachel Romer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Guild Education, a social impact company that empowers American workers to unlock life-changing opportunities for personal and professional advancement through education, skill-building, and coaching.

Over 4M Americans have access to Guild through their employer, and the company has grown to over 1,400 employees to support its growing customer base. Prior to founding Guild, Romer was the Founder and CEO of Student Blueprint and worked for the 2008 Obama campaign before serving in the Obama White House. She holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business as well as an MA in Education and BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
