Mr. Randall J. Garutti, also known as Randy has been Chief Executive Officer at Shake Shack Inc. since September 23, 2014. Mr. Garutti has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of SSE Holdings since April 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer of SSE Holdings since January 2010. He has worked with USHG and Mr. Meyer for 15 years. Prior to leading Shake Shack, he served as Director of Operations, overseeing the operations for all USHG restaurants. He served as General Manager of Union Square Cafe and Tabla, both of which won numerous accolades in the hospitality industry. He has been Director at Shake Shack Inc. since September 23, 2014. Mr. Garutti graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 1997.
