Widely recognized for his leadership and performance expertise, Rear Admiral Ray Smith has delivered speeches on his extensive experiences to diverse groups comprising corporate executives, political figures, military officials, and community leaders.

A Navy SEAL for 31 years, Admiral Smith demonstrated exceptional leadership, notably during his tenure as Commander of the 2300-men SEAL force where he significantly raised personnel retention rates. Serving as a Navy Captain, he led the SEALs through Operation Desert Storm, orchestrating over 200 strategically critical operations without any casualties. Early in his career, he directed Navy SEAL training, achieving the highest graduation rate in the course’s history.

Admiral Smith's insights and experiences have been highlighted in Newsweek, Fortune, Reader's Digest, and on prominent media platforms like the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, and "CBS This Morning."
