Reb Rebele

Robert Rebele is a researcher for Wharton People Analytics and teaches in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the University of Pennsylvania. His research and consulting projects leverage behavioral science to enhance employee experiences and organizational outcomes. Notable collaborations include work with Google, JetBlue, Acumen, Warby Parker, and Teach for America. Rebele frequently collaborates with Dr. Adam Grant, focusing on topics related to giving and originality.

Rebele earned a MAPP degree in 2010, and has since been involved in resilience training initiatives with the U.S. Army and various educational groups.
