Rebecca Fannin

Rebecca A. Fannin is a journalist, author, and contributor known for her expertise in global innovation. With a career spanning over three decades, she has authored several influential books including "Silicon Dragon," "Startup Asia," "Tech Titans of China," and her latest work, "Silicon Heartland: From Rust Belt to Tech Belt" (2023), which chronicles the transformation of the Midwest into a technology hub.

Since beginning her journalism career at the Dayton Journal Herald, Fannin has contributed to numerous prestigious publications and served as an international editor at Red Herring and the Asian Venture Capital Journal in Hong Kong. She has written for Forbes, Inc., Worth, Fast Company, AdAge, Chief Executive, The Deal, The Huffington Post, and Harvard Business Review.
