Renee Trudeau

An internationally recognized coach, consultant, speaker, and author, Renée Trudeau is the founder and president of Renée Trudeau & Associates and its sister company, the award-winning consulting and coaching firm Career Strategists. Since 2000, Career Strategists has helped professionals and entrepreneurs create passion-filled careers and come into greater work/life alignment through integrating who they are with what they do.

She is the author of several bestselling books on life balance, including "The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-balance Your Life"; co-author of "Courageous Parents, Confident Kids: Letting Go So You Both Can Grow"; a contributing author to "What Happy Working Mothers Know"; and "Nurturing the Soul of Your Family: 10 Ways to Reconnect and Find Peace in Everyday Life."

A sought-after life balance expert, Trudeau speaks and leads work-life effectiveness workshops and retreats for Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Ernst & Young, Dell Computer Corporation, State Farm Insurance, 3M, AMD, and MCI, as well as government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and national conferences. Her coaching, leadership, training, and development background includes more than 25 years of experience with organizations such as The American Society for Training and Development, Leadership America, The Center for Creative Leadership, and Conversation Among Masters (a global invitation-only network for master-level coaches). Trudeau graduated with a double major in journalism and creative writing from Texas Christian University and has graduate-level training in leadership and organizational development and executive coaching. She is certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator/trainer through the Association for Psychological Type.
