Richard Browning

Richard Browning is an English inventor, entrepreneur, and speaker. In March 2017, he founded Gravity Industries Ltd, a company that designs, builds, and flies Jet Suits under the banner of pioneering human flight technology. Known for his development of the Daedalus Mark 1, a jet pack that uses miniature jet engines to achieve flight, he has revolutionized the landscape of aviation. The control of speed and direction via arm movements, combined with his use of the jet pack, has led to Browning being dubbed "real-life Ironman" by media outlets.

Before his endeavors in human flight, Browning had a diverse background including six years as a Royal Marines reservist and 16 years as an oil trader with BP, where he won the BP Group Innovation Award.
