Rick Giliam as a youth experienced the violence and fury of mother nature in the 1964 Great Alaska earthquake. With a magnitude of 9.2, the quake to this day remains the second largest ever recorded worldwide. Having gone through that earthquake as well as over a hundred others, Rick shares from first hand experience his keen observations and insights to things very few others have witnessed. Growing up in the last frontier, he graduated in business, and became a successful residential realtor and business owner in Anchorage for over 30 years.
