Rick McCutcheon

Rick McCutcheon is the President of Full Contact CRM and a certified Sales Professional (CSP). He is a leading strategist, facilitator, speaker, trainer, consultant, and writer on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Productivity Improvement, and Strategic Business Development. Over the years, McCutcheon has facilitated Sales Productivity Improvement Programs and educational events for thousands of business professionals from a variety of industries, including Home Office Entrepreneurs to Corporate Senior Executives. Notable companies such as Compaq, Nokia, Bell Mobility, Ameritech, and the York University Schulich School of Business have sponsored these sessions. He has addressed professional groups and associations across sectors such as Finance, Banking, Credit Union, Technology, Healthcare, Law, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

Since founding Sales Productivity Systems (SPS) in 1991, a renowned Sales Force Automation Consulting company, McCutcheon has been instrumental in spearheading sales productivity services and technologies. His pioneering work in this field led him to author "Successful Sales Force Automation - A non-technical guide to implementing SFA" in 1995, which has been used as educational material and course curriculum for the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA), the world's largest sales association with approximately 28,000 members. Additionally, McCutcheon developed and facilitates the Sales Process Improvement Program through the Consulting Group of the Business Development Bank of Canada.

From 1997 to 2001, McCutcheon served on the Board of Directors of CPSA, acting as the Board's advisor on technology and Vice-Chairman of the Sales Institute, the governing committee for the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation. He currently sits on their Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the technology committee at CPSA, leading the Association's internet and distance learning initiatives. McCutcheon's insights have been featured in several business publications including the Sales Productivity Report, Sales Force Magazine, and Sales Promotion Magazine. He is currently working on his second publication, "Empowering Your Sales Force to Sell - Implementing Sales Productivity Improvement Program."
