After stints as the deputy editor of Fortune and the editor of Entertainment Weekly, Rick ran Assignment: Detroit, Time Inc.'s unprecedented year-long coverage of the city. He lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife Mari, and their three children, Anya, Tal, and Jonah.
