Having had the honor of delivering a TEDx talk on the power of traditions, she has been recognized with the Florida Speakers Association Joachim de Posada Lifetime Achievement Award for speaking excellence. The recipient of three gubernatorial appointments and appointed by the CFO of Florida to serve on the state's Commission on the Status of Women, she served as the 2020 chair which allowed her to continue her endeavor to support innovation, cultivate synergy and mobilize female leaders of tomorrow. She also served as Chairperson of the Board of Discover the Palm Beaches, the county’s official tourism marketing corporation.
