He led the restructuring of the Salesforce Foundation into Salesforce.Org, one of the world’s most impactful social enterprises that revolutionized the concept of giving back through a hybrid enterprise technology company/ foundation model. Salesforce.org grew to generate ~$1 Billion in revenue while funding hundreds of millions in grants back into the community, and driving over 1 million hours of volunteering back into the community annually.
