Robert Donaldson

Robert C. Donaldson is recognized as a man of tremendous fortitude. He is a husband, a father, a minister, an author, and a life changing motivational speaker. He is a man with deep spiritual convictions, moral aptitude, and he possess the practical wisdom to inspire and motivate even the most disenfranchised. Donaldson’s dynamic presentations break concepts down to a level that any listener can relate while identifying with his unique style, enthusiasm, and authenticity.

A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Donaldson has had to overcome tremendous difficulties. He has overcome two life threatening illnesses. When he was a seventeen year old senior in the prime of his athletic career, he received a devastating Cancer diagnosis. He was immediately removed from school and spent a year receiving Cancer treatments at M.D. Anderson in Houston, TX. After receiving a clean bill of health he completed his schooling, married his long time sweetheart and prepared to climb the corporate ladder. Soon thereafter he was blindsided again when he was diagnosed with a rare life threatening bacterial infection. He survived the illness, but lost both his legs and several fingers in the process. He has displayed tremendous fortitude and now lives a very fulfilling life.

He is a loving husband and father, he loves golfing and many other extracurricular activities. However, one of his greatest loves is helping others when life presents them with seemingly unsurmountable challenges. In many cases he has served as a mentor, life coach, and friend. As a mentor he challenges all he encounters to become the person God destined them to be. His compassion for people causes him to equip them with the tools necessary to overcome all of life’s challenges and make an impact in their community, nation, and world.
