Robert Graham

Robert Graham, co-founder of Fresh Medicine, carries a diverse academic and professional portfolio. Trained as a physician at Harvard, he holds board certifications in both Internal and Integrative Medicine. Graham's journey in the health field is not confined to medicine alone, he is also a public health scientist, health service researcher, and a certified chef with a culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute. His broad spectrum of experience extends from a clinical setting to the kitchen, advocating for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Alongside his wife, Graham established Fresh Medicine and FRESH Med U, the latter being an online self-care "university". Notably, he has been prescribing "food as medicine" for over two decades, underlining his belief in the crucial role of nutrition in healthcare. The integration of culinary knowledge with medical practice is also reflected in his role as the chief health officer for Performance Kitchen, a firm that provides medically tailored meals.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Graham continues to make substantial contributions to the medical field. He currently serves as the Medical Director of Integrative Medicine at Catholic Health. His expertise in public health is also backed by his Master’s degree in Public Health from the prestigious Harvard School of Public Health.
