Robert Richman

Robert Richman has made a career out of helping Fortune 100 brands integrate exceptional customer service and optimize their most significant asset: their employees. Formerly the Culture Strategist at Zappos, Richman authored "The Culture Blueprint," a detailed guide to creating a high-performance workspace.

Richman co-created Zappos Insights, a subsidiary focused on educating companies about the powerful employee culture and customer service at Zappos. He grew this platform from a basic website to a robust business that educates over 25,000 students annually. His involvement with Zappos included a period before, during, and after its acquisition by Amazon.com, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company's workforce significantly.

Recognized globally as an expert on employee culture, Richman is a top keynote speaker who has been invited to share his insights with companies like Google, Toyota, Salesforce, and Eli Lilly. He has introduced innovative approaches to enhancing workplace culture, including the use of improv comedy and principles of self-management and high performance.

In addition to his speaking engagements, Richman is active in the cryptocurrency market and is currently writing a new book titled "The Decentralized Company," focusing on building self-managed, distributed workforces. He also developed the Zappos life coaching program and initiated the first co-working space in America.

Richman holds a degree in film from Northwestern University and completed the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University. He is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council and resides in San Diego, California.
