He resolved to become a faithful husband and devoted father, but little did he know how unprepared he was for his dream. After a series of conflicts with his wife, Hairston realized he wasn't living up to the vision he had for himself.

By year nine of his marriage, Hairston found himself falling apart, chasing success while working with high-achieving individuals. As an NFL chaplain, he taught marriage lessons that he struggled to apply in his own home. These challenges forced him to confront his personal shortcomings and seek the guidance of coaches, therapists, and mentors. Hairston credits these trusted advisors with helping him become a more self-aware, emotionally whole, and empathetic husband, father, and leader.

Hairston takes great joy in sharing what he has learned over the years. While he is proud of his accomplishments as a two-time NFL Super Bowl champion, author, and pastor, his true passion lies in helping busy professionals succeed both at home and in their careers. As a certified coach with a master's degree in counseling, Hairston has dedicated his life to guiding professional sports, business, and ministry leaders toward personal transformation, healthier marriages, and stronger families. His philosophy is simple: why win in public and fail in private, especially with the people who matter most?
