Rodney Atkins, a well-established country music artist, boasts of eight Top 5 singles and six No. 1s in his repertoire. Along with over 943 million career on-demand streams, Atkins' contribution to Country music continues to be significant. His Platinum-selling No. 1 single, "Watching You," garnered him a BMI "Million-Air" award and the top spot on Country Aircheck's top-played songs of the decade list. This success led to Atkins being the second most-played male artist of the decade overall.

Since 1996, Atkins has been active in the music industry, having signed with Curb Records in that year. His first single charted on the Billboard country chart in 1997, which marked the beginning of a successful career.
